When will you respond to my enquiry?

We are open Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays) and aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days. If you have messaged in over the weekend it may take a little longer for us to respond whilst we work through enquiries chronologically, in a way that is fair to everyone.

How does Curaetd’s subscription work?

Our monthly plans are structured so when you add a product, or products to a plan, you’ll receive it monthly without having to do anything to re-order and you will also get 20% off! When you sign up, you're committed for a minimum of two months, and your orders will auto-renew on a monthly basis. You can amend the frequency of your orders in your account page after the initial two month period. Please note, any changes to your subscription (product switches, frequency changes, cancellations) must be actioned at least seven days before your next recurring order date.

How quickly will my order arrive?

UK

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). All standard shipments require 1–3 business days to process and up to 5–10 business days to arrive. All express shipping requires 1-2 business days to process and between 2-3 business days to arrive. All expedited orders require 1 business days to process and will arrive with in 1-2 business days

US

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). All standard shipments require 1–3 business days to process and up to 2–3 business days to arrive. All express shipping requires 1-2 business days to process and between 1-3 business days to arrive. All next day delivery orders require 1 business days to process and will arrive the following business day.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We currently offer same day delivery across Greater London area, seven days a week excluding public holidays. We offer:

Rushed delivery: Orders received and processed within 9am-5pm will arrive within two hours of check out and will be delivered between 6-8pm.

Same day delivery: Orders must be received and processed by 5pm and will arrive between 9am-8pm the same day.

Any orders placed after 5pm on either rushed or same day delivery will be delivered the next day.

Where do you ship to?

We ship throughout the UK and to the following locations in Europe, these being: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland.  We also ship to the United States.

What is your return policy?

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time.

One-time purchase

If you would like to return any product(s), please contact us at hello@curaetd.com within thirty (30) days of your order, stating the original order number. We will cover the cost of such return and will provide a shipping label to send the product(s) back to us. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will issue a refund. This return policy does not apply to subscription orders.

Subscription order

If you would like to return any product(s), please contact us at hello@curaetd.com within thirty (30) days of your order, stating the original order number. We will cover the cost of such return and will provide a shipping label to send the product(s) back to us. Once we receive the product(s) back, we will issue a credit to use towards your next purchase. 

How long will it take to receive a refund from returned products?

Refunds will reach your account usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank provider.

My product is faulty, what now?

Please contact us at hello@curaetd.com with a picture of the defected product and your order number and we’ll take care of your request.

How long will it take to see results?

Results vary from person to person, but in general our products deliver results within 30-60 days. Our products work because above all else, we focus on absorption. You can use the best ingredients in the world, but if they’re not extracted, blended and delivered in the right way, they won’t do much.

The average supplement can be up to 50% fillers, bulking agents, sweeteners, excipients, flavorings and colorings, making it cheaper for the manufacturer to produce. Our formulas are on average 97% active ingredients and free from harmful fillers, bulking agents and excipients. "

Can I use multiple products together?

Yes, all our formulas are designed to be used together.

Are your products suitable for children?

Our formulas are designed for adults (18+) and we would not recommend giving them to children without consulting with your doctor.

Are your products clean and natural?

We focus on making products that do not harm people or the planet – for us, that means working with safe and clean ingredients sourced sustainably from around the world. There are no definitions of the words ‘clean’ or ‘natural’ in cosmetics, so we have created our own clean standard which all our formulas adhere to. You will never find any of the following ingredients in our formulas:

What products do you offer in a refill packaging?

Currently we are trialling the refill packaging scheme with our best-selling Immunity set.

How do you formulate your products?

We work with world class R&D teams at each of our labs, each specializing in different formats or types of products. In the case of our ingestible formulas, the development work is always carried out by a dedicated team who have a specialist background in nutrition and regulatory affairs in the dietary supplement space. All our labs are FDA, GMP and NSF approved. Oversight on our formulations and expert advice comes from our medical advisor, Andrew Wren. He is a graduate of University of  ..., where he completed her training in Internal Medicine. He also graduated from Integrative Medicine Fellowship at XXX SCHOOL, and she has extensive training in functional medicine through The Institute of Functional Medicine.

Can I take your products while I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

We would recommend checking with your doctor before using any supplements.

Can I use your products if I’m on other medications?

We'd recommend that you check with your doctor before starting any new supplements if you're using any prescription medication.

What are your capsules made of?

The majority of our capsules are made from HMPC - a vegan, plant based cellulose. Two of our formulas (Skin Hydrator and Joints) are delivered in a gelatine capsule, since the ingredients in these two blends need a different type of handling.

Are your products vegan?

The majority of our formulas are plant-based. The only non-vegan formulas in our line up are: Joints, Vitamin D, Skin Hydrator. If you have any specific questions about these formulas, please email us at info@thenueco.com.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, all our products are gluten free.

Are your products organic?

Whilst all our ingredients are sourced sustainably, they are not always organic. It's not possible to source organic options for everything that we use. Wherever possible we used organic ingredients in our formulas, not only have organic foods been proven to be more nutrient dense, but organic farming also supports the health of the soil and those who cultivate the crop.

Do I need to keep CURAETD supplements in the fridge?

No, all our formulas are room temperature stable although we'd recommend storing them out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dark place.

What is the average shelf life?

All our products have a shelf life of between two and three years unopened, just check the base of your jar for an exact expiry date.

Do you have a safety and quality control system in place for your products?

All of our products are made under the strictest guidelines in a sealed "clean room" in our labs.

Are your products UK approved?

In the UK there is no federal regulation of supplements, in other words, there is no such thing as FDA "approval" when it comes to dietary supplements and vitamins.

Where are your products made?

We work with a number of different labs across the USA - each are specialists in their field. Whilst all our products are made in the USA, we formulate to European ingredient and safety standards.

What would you recommend for chronic fatigue?

Firstly, if chronic fatigue is diagnosed by your doctor then we'd recommend consulting with them on the best course of treatment. It's worth remembering that the root cause of a condition like this can vary massively from person to person. These are some of the products that have worked in the past for others, but again, please consult with your doctor if you can. Prebiotic + Probiotic for supporting and diversifying your microbiome - there's evidence to suggest that your gut can have a huge impact on energy. Secondly, we'd recommend Energy Food + Prebiotic. Alongside a blend of adaptogens and medicinal mushrooms, we've including 100% of your daily B12, deficiency of which can lead to tiredness, fatigue and impaired immunity.

Do you offer free samples?

We don't offer free samples, although some of our products have trial sizes. We do have a thirty day exchange and returns policy, so if something doesn't work for you then we'll work with you to find something that does!

Why do you offer certain products in refill packaging for subscribers?

The main reason why we decided to implement our new Refill Pouches for subscribers is because this will cut the average package weight by 75%, which translates to a significant reduction in carbon footprint in addition to the reduction of packaging waste

I need to make a change to my subscription.

Any changes to your subscription (product switches, frequency changes, cancellations) must be actioned at least seven days before your next recurring order date.

I have too much product. Can I change my order frequency?

Of course you can. You can amend the frequency of your deliveries in your accounts page or by contacting us at hello@curaetd.com. Bear in mind, the maximum gap you can have between deliveries is three months.

I am going away. Can I pause my subscription?

Absolutely. You can email us at info@thenueco.com to put your subscription on hold. Please note, any subscription changes must be actioned at least seven days before your next recurring order.

Do I get free shipping if I sign up to a subscription?

In the UK shipping is free and it takes up to 2-3 business days for your product(s) to arrive.
